Promoting programs that provide value, opportunities and improvements to the lives of the citizens of Potrero and surrounding areas.
Board and community meetings are held monthly on the second Tuesday of each month.

Foundation Information
The community center is operated by the Potrero Community Center Foundation which is a 501c (3) non-profit organization.
In 2010 the Kiwanis Club of Potrero/Tecate donated the community center, on Potrero Valley Road to the newly formed Potrero Community Center Foundation.
The center provided locals a venue where they could meet and take part in activities such as; Monthly Bingo nights, holiday dinners, Easter Egg hunts and various other activities.
They also, had pancake breakfasts and hosted the Annual "Country Christmas in Potrero."
In early 2018 the foundation moved to their new location on Highway 94 and with the communities help the foundation plans on continuing their usual activities plus much more.
