There is a $200 refundable deposit, plus an additional $100 refundable deposit if alcohol is to be served. 

​

Renters serving alcohol will be required to purchase a temporary permit from ABC along with naming the center as additionally insured for liability purposes and provide security.  This may be obtained from your homeowners insurance.

​

Premises must be left clean and all trash hauled away or renter will be charged accordingly from deposit.

​

Reservation are on a first come, first serve basis and must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.
